Methodology of Audit
- The survey begins with creating a database about the plant condition, the database includes information like plant location, Amp. Temperature and the root for saving images.
- The electrical panels are scanned thoroughly with a thermal imager of all electrical panels in the plant.
- When hot spots are identified during the scanning process, the surveyor will capture the infrared images and normal images.
- The surveyor takes the location details and analyses the nature of the cause of the hot spot. Each hot spot is classified into its own priority rating based on the severity.
- After completion of the survey, the images taken are transferred from a portable thermography device to software and undergo an analysis process.
- The software-generated report will be submitted to the client with immediate corrective actions and rectifications.

- A software-generated report elaborating breakup of failure types.
